Thank you all and look what you helped me do :)

My last post was full of doom and gloom and utter despair, but you my friends, pulled me out of it. There aren’t enough words in the English language to express how thankful I am for the countless friends who took the time to comment, write, message, email and even tweet their support for what I do.Β  You love my stories and hate bullies and all of that came through loud and clear. I can’t thank you enough.

After spending days wallowing, I picked myself up, dusted myself off and got on with what I enjoy doing most in life – my writing. And I am totally thrilled to announce that Liam’s Lament, book 3 in the Arrowtown series is now live and available on Amazon. It will be on Smashwords on Friday.

I couldn’t have done this without you. Writing, by it’s very nature, is a solitary occupation. But the support I got, and the number of people who commented and found a way to reach out to me touched my heart in ways I couldn’t imagine. Thank you all so very much.

Hugs my friends πŸ™‚

Blurb

As far as Liam Lamont’s concerned, life sucks. His mate disappeared without a backward glance, he spends most of his time drunk and he has the worst case of blue balls in existence. Fighting his lion form is tiring and if it wasn’t for his brother Lucien, and the rest of the pack at Ra’s, he’d probably run off into the wilderness and never be seen again.

But even if life had thrown Liam a massive curve ball, the Fates hadn’t forgotten him. One night a mysterious stranger offers to buy Liam a drink and Liam starts to feel a glimmer of hope. But Theo, the mate who walked away, is still lurking in Liam’s heart and when faced with a second mate, Liam had no choice but to tell his new mate about Theo and give him a choice.

Beau Ferris had been told his whole life he would have two mates. All his kind did. His father warned him never to go after one until his pair already claimed each other. But when Beau’s animal spirit warns him of Liam’s despair and Theo’s anger, he couldn’t stay away. When he meets Liam he’s given a shocking choice – Liam or Theo – he can’t have both.

Stubborn shifters, a gorgeous fae toddler with magic flowing from her fingertips, demons, wolves, and even a visit from the Fates; Beau and Liam have to fight through fire before they get their third and the HEA they both dreamed of. But will it be enough.

Liam’s Lament is the third book in the Arrowtown series. Reading the previous book in the series is advised to understand the context of this story.

This is a true mates M/M/M story with MPREG.

Lisa, before I even realised you were on Facebook , I have lived your books. They are one of my happy places to go where love is love. I would 1 click every time. Interacting with you through Facebook has made me realise how lonely it can be writing and putting yourself out there every time you publish a book is giving a part of yourself away. I was so upset that by giving people access to you on such an open way led to so much pain and heartache for you and shows that there are some very sad people in the world. Yet you have picked yourself up, stayed strong and not let them stop you from sharing your gift. I and countless others are so grateful for this. My books are where I hide when I just need recharge and or find a little comfort. I hate to think how big I would be with out them as chocolate, wine and all things carbohydrate are the alternative. Stay strong and I will eagerly await more 1 clicks x

I love to read and could never write a book. I am in awe of anyone who can. When I read books, anyone’s book, I may find errors or such, but it never takes away from the story. Keep writing and I will keep buying and reading.

Thrilled to bits that we, your loyal fans, friends, and supporters, were able to reassure you of our love and appreciation, and pull you out of your slump. IOW, we got your back!

When Liam’s Lament dropped I read until 2 in the morning, got up, finished it, and then last night, starting rereading it. Yes! It’s that good. I’ll leave a review on Amazon after I’m fully caffeinated. Until then, my brain isn’t online and my language skills are limited. Know you are loved.

    Lisa,

I have no idea about the troubles you have encountered, as I do not have a twitter account, a facebook page or get involved in any chat groups or the likes. I will say this thought, DO NOT STOP WRITING!!!! You have a great imagination, your plots are well thought out and the depth that you put into your characters is great. Considering all the readers that you have, the few people that are causing you trouble are not worth your time or your consideration. Remember the old saying, “Water off a duck’s back”.
I have being reading your books since you started writing them and have always enjoyed them. It’s nice to just get away, as it were, and just loose yourself in a good book.

P.S. Pleeease write more!!!! Have fallen in love with the newer series Arrowtown and the Northern States Pack. πŸ™‚
