Updates – my poor neglected blog

Hi everyone, I know, nothing has been posted since Tell Me The Truth was released, but I promise you I have been working hard.

Firstly, on a personal note, I took a day off from my writing cave last week and attended my daughter Holly’s graduation. I was such a proud mama that day. With both my sons beside me and my son-in-law, we proudly watched Holly crossing the stage to accept her degree. Β She worked really hard and during the course of her three years study had two more children and got married, so I am very proud of her.

On the book writing front, I have two short books coming out this month. Firstly, A Touch of Spring, which is out today on Amazon. This is a short story I wrote about Bronson, from Harder in Heels. I wrote the first part of the story for Stormy Glenn’s Spring Anthology competition which ran during the month of April and yet I just had to finish it. Β The cover model is another one from the wonderful Paul Henry Serres. He takes pictures of the most amazing men. If you want to see the blurb you can find it here –Β https://www.amazon.com/dp/B072563MSP

My next book out will be Change of Plans. This is another spin off from an Alpha and Omega book – this time, Dancing Around the Cop. Yes, I have finally written Sully and Q’s story and that will be out on May 15th.

As always, there is more to come. At the moment I am writing Poseidon’s story in the Gods Made Me Do It series and I also have a new surprise coming your way soon as well. Have a brilliant day and please know, even if I don’t update this poor blog very often, I am definitely still writing.

Hug the one you love πŸ™‚

Hello! I first read The Power of the Bite about a week ago and immediately purchased and read your Stockton Wolves series. Loved them. I am about to start the Cloverleah series. I know that you must be very busy, but I was wondering when you would be coming out with the follow up book to The Power of the Bite. Than you.

Hi Laura, thank you so much. I am not sure when the next book in the Power of the Bite series will be out πŸ™‚ All I can promise is that it is on my to-do list. It was only ever meant to be a standalone book, but many readers have asked for more and I do plan on writing them πŸ™‚ have a lovely day.

hello Lisa. I started A Touch of Spring yesterday and couldn’t stop reading until the end. Bronson and Harley are so sweet together and I love that the Epitaphs are part of this story.
I was wondering if there is a mate in Claude’s future. I know he’s not part of the Cloverleah pack, but I love the laughing dom and he helped the boys every time they needed it.
Love your books, they take me out of reality and make me fell so much.

Hi Ascott, there certainly is a mate in Claude’s future, in fact he’s been on my mind a lot lately. Thank you so much, I am thrilled you loved Bronson and Harley, I was so pleased to give them the HEA they both deserved. Have a lovely day πŸ™‚

YAY!! Figured you were super busy. So happy for your daughter graduating and you got to be there. Congratulations on your new release and your upcoming projects! Don’t fret, I will certainly wait as long as needed. xoxo

    Hi Lisa,
I just reread Dancing Around the Cop to refresh my memory before Sully & Q’s story comes out. But now I am very distressed. I assumed because shifters live so much longer than humans that Richard lost his human mate to old age, even though you never specifically said what he died of. Then I just realized that Sully is human. Does that mean Q is going to lose him after his natural life span? Please tell me it isn’t so and that you found a way around that! Maybe the claiming bite keeps him from aging? Please, please put me out of my scared misery!

I’m hoping the human aspect of a mate was already covered in one of the later stories in the series and I just can’t remember right now because I haven’t reread those yet to refresh my memory.

Hi Karen, please don’t worry – what happened to Richard’s mate was a freak accident that is explained in A Touch of Spring, but as a rule, humans live as long as their shifter mates in my books πŸ™‚ Thank you so much and have a lovely day πŸ™‚
